Data we handle

Account details: name, email address and company name.
Project content you add: boards, tasks, comments, files, estimates, hours and invoices.
Technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions.

How we use it

To provide the service: show your projects, send the emails you trigger (invites, approvals, invoices, password resets).
To keep the service secure and working.

Who can see it

Your project data is visible only to the people you give access to. Clients only see projects shared with them. Access rules are enforced in the database.

Service providers

We use hosting, database and email-delivery providers to run Tasquee. They process data only to provide those services.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing support@tasquee.com.
